- Promptly update any changes to your information
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Ensure you have proper authorization to use the service on behalf of your office
3.2 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Use automated systems without permission
4. Payment Terms
Services are billed according to your subscription plan. You agree to pay all fees and provide accurate billing information. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Caucus and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The AI models and systems used to process constituent communications remain the property of Caucus.
6. Limitation of Liability
Caucus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. We do not guarantee that our AI systems will correctly handle all constituent communications, and you are responsible for reviewing and overseeing the AI's interactions with constituents.
7. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. As our service is designed for congressional offices, additional regulations regarding government communications and data handling may apply.
